The front of the Villa is south east facing, and has a large terraced area which provides some shade for the hottest of summer days, which has a partially new built wall across the front. As we enter the terrace we have a room at the end that is the first bedroom, with tiled floor and a small window. Through the main door we have the living area, with small kitchen including a twin gas hob and sink. The living room has a huge log burner fireplace, with built in top oven. Next, we have the bathroom, with sink, toilet and shower. We then have the second bedroom, this is a double bedroom with window to the front. Outside, the plot is fully fenced, with 55 Olive trees in production, with irrigation throughout, and many various Fruit and Nut trees planted and all healthy and providing produce. These include Nispera, Fig, Almond, Cherry, Walnut, Pomegranate, Plum, Apricot and of course Grape Vines. The local farmer turns the land twice a year in exchange for some of the olive production, leaving a low maintenance plot all year round. The property has mains water for the property, but like most Campo properties is not suitable for drinking. There are two Solar panels on the roof, and two car batteries that power the property. This system is in need of upgrading to be sufficient but has been enough for basic electricity needs for the current owners.
